Yoga is one of my biggest passions and has been since I started to practice in 2006. I offer
a variety of classes and topics to fit your organization, studio, event or Festival. My
classes are inspired by a holistic approach that focuses on the combination of
Movement, Breath, Meditation and Mental training techniques. These classes can be
customized as drop-in sessions, 6-8 week courses, and also as workshops.
